Shipping damage

We are sorry to hear that your item did not arrive in perfect condition and has sustained damage.

Here is what you need to do next:

  • Contact us as soon as possible – within no later than 48 hours – at info@dkelectronics.dk and include the requested photos (see below).
  • Do not use the item.
  • Keep all packaging materials – both inner and outer.
  • Do not move the parcel from the delivery address until you receive further instructions from us.
  • Provide us with the invoice number for the shipment.
  • Provide the serial number or IMEI number of the damaged item.
  • State whether the parcel was received with reservations.

We kindly ask you to send us clear photos of the following:

  • All outer sides of the parcel.
  • All internal protective packaging.
  • All damaged contents and product packaging.
  • The shipping label, clearly readable.
