DK Electronics RMA Procedure

If your RMA needs to be handled through DK Electronics’ Complaint Form, it is important that you wait to send the product until you have received information and instructions from us.

You will also be informed about this in the email you receive from us.

(For business purchases, we provide a 12-month warranty. If the issue concerns a private purchase and you are filing a claim through the service partner or manufacturer, always remember to include the customer’s purchase receipt.)
